As a special purpose credit program, we can only make loans to individuals enrolled in one of our community partner's programs. To start a consumer loan application, please contact one of our partners and request a meeting with a staff member to get enrolled in their program and learn how to be referred for a loan application.
Currently, CEO operates in a total of 18 states across the United States, which include Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Montana, New Jersey, New York, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Washington.
