Happy Mango Credit, also referred to as Happy Mango, serves as the digital lending platform for the Center for Economic Opportunity (CEO). The CEO utilizes Happy Mango to oversee our loan servicing administrative functions. Borrowers have the capability to connect their bank accounts to receive funds, make payments, update their personal information, such as address or bank account details, and monitor the status of their loans, among other functionalities.

The application process for prospective borrowers commences through a link provided by a financial counselor, which directs them to the Happy Mango platform.
