CEO is moving away from our legacy platforms, Autopal and Happy Mango, and on to a new platform hosted on Salesforce. These frequently asked questions are meant to assist you and make this transition as smooth as possible.

What Is Happening?
- CEO is moving to this new loan platform to provide an improved experience for our borrowers, community partners, and servicing team. Borrowers will have more control and information about their loan.

- CEO is moving to this new loan platform as we believe it will provide an improved experience for our borrowers, community partners, and servicing team. Borrowers will have more control and information about their loan.
When Is This Transition Happening?
- Our goal is to transition all CEO loans and users to the new system by October 1, 2026, pending successful completion of user acceptance testing and final readiness activities. Additional updates will be shared as the project progresses.
- Once the transition is complete, all CEO loans and users will be live in our new system, and access to legacy systems (Autopal and Happy Mango) will be terminated.
What Action Is Needed From Me?
- Nothing at this time.
How Do I Access My Account In The New Platform?
- Current borrowers will receive an e-mail from IRC-CEO with details and a link to access your account in the new system.
- Your account in the new platform will be connected to the e-mail address you used for your Autopal and/or Happy Mango account. You will need to create a new password.
What Happens To My Current Loan?
- Your loan is not changing, just moving to a new place for CEO and you to manage it.
- Your previous payments still count towards full repayment of your loan.
- Your loan payoff date will not change.
