Loan Repayment FAQ: How do I select, change, or cancel a recurring due date on Happy Mango?

Preferred Payment Date

During the loan application process on Happy Mango, you have the opportunity to select your preferred payment date.

For applicants who choose a monthly payment frequency, you will be prompted to select a date between the 1st and the 31st of the month. If you select a weekly or bi-weekly payment frequency, you will need to specify a day of the week from Monday to Friday.

In the absence of a specified preferred payment date on the application, a recurring payment date will be assigned to you at random.

Single Payment Modification

In order to modify your recurring payment date, postpone a single payment, or request a loan deferment (or cancel a scheduled payment), we kindly ask that you contact us at least three days prior to the scheduled payment date. Please be advised that we are unable to halt transactions on the date they are scheduled to occur. For expedited processing of your request, please submit the request using the Payment Modification Form.
