All CEO loans are set up for Automatic ACH repayment (AutoPay). At loan closing, borrowers will be asked to connect their bank account and use the account for payment during the loan closing process. This bank account must be a U.S.-based "transactional account" such as a checking account. The ACH payment will not work with non-transaction accounts, such as some savings accounts, bonds, CDs, or IRAs.
The CEO does not accept credit or debit card payments, cash, or digital payments through platforms such as PayPal or Venmo. Non-ACH payments are limited to checks, money orders, or cashier’s checks, which should be made payable to "IRC CEO" and must be mailed to:
IRC CEO P.O. Box 152188 San Diego, CA 92195
If a check/money order payment is mailed, be sure to include your name and loan ID so that we can be sure to know to which loan to apply the payment.
Payment Account Modification Information
Payment Options on Happy Mango
Borrowers can change the bank account used for loan payments at any time and contact us if they would like to request a change in the date of AutoPay payment. The AutoPay will be initiated on a specified day each period automatically with no action is required. You have a few options to initiate early or extra payments on your loan, as detailed below:
- "Pay Now" - This button lets you pay before the due date. However, the payment amount cannot be altered. If successful, this satisfies the current period and automatically pushes the next payment due.
- "Pay Early" - This button functions like "Pay Extra." You can make an extra payment of any amount by choosing this option. However, this option won't affect the next scheduled payment. If successful, this payment is applied to the current schedule but will not change the next payment due.
- "Pay Off" allows you to pay the loan in full. If successful, the loan will be automatically moved to the Paid-Off page
