If you have started an application but have not completed it, you will see "Pending Completion" displayed on your dashboard. Additionally, a system-generated email will be sent to you within 24 hours after logging out, reminding you to log back in to finalize your application. This indicates that the CEO has not yet received your application. Please log in to your Happy Mango account to complete your application.
Upon clicking the "submit" button during the loan application process, you should receive an email confirmation with the subject line "Your Application Has Been Submitted" from Happy Mango.
Alternatively, you may log in to Happy Mango to verify the status of your application on the dashboard. A submitted application will be indicated as "Under Review" in the status column. Please refer to the image below for guidance on locating the status information.
