How do I change my Happy Mango login credentials?

Reset Password

Log into your Happy Mango account with your current password and change your password on the "Admin" page.

Recover Password

Make sure you are on the correct login page: https://user.happymangocredit.com/#login, then click on the "Recover Password" or "Forgot Password?" link.

Type in the email you used to sign up for your Happy Mango account. Happy Mango will send to this email address a secure link to create a new password for logging in. The link expires after 10 minutes. If your link has expired, you can follow the same process again to get a new link. Please make sure to save this new password. 

Happy Mango Account is locked

If you have multiple failed attempts to log into Happy Mango, your account will be locked for about 30 minutes. You can recover your password account using the instructions above. If the account is still locked, please send a support request to help_user@happymangocredit.com to reset and unlock the account.

Change Email Address

If you want to use a new email address or lost the email address used for signing up for Happy Mango, you may create a new account on Happy Mango.  Your new account will not have any of your past activities and data.  If you need to recover your past activities or data (loans or payment information), you can send a request to help_user@happymangocredit.com
