Service Incident - Co-applicants unable to sign loan contract - 8/25/2023
CompletedIt has come to our attention that a bug in Happy Mango's loan closing process has led to some co-applicants not receiving the signature request emails since Friday, 8/25/2023.
This issue is likely due to the migration of the e-signature application provider from eSignLive to DocuSign on Happy Mango's most recent release on 8/22/2023. Happy Mango development team is working with DocuSign to resolve this issue.
