New Rate Sheet, effective 03/01/2023

CEO is updating our current rates and adding a new discount, the Fresh Start Discount, available to all humanitarian migrants in their first 2 years in the U.S. This new discount will replace the existing discount for SAFE-eligible borrowers. Each loan product now has a base interest rate, and we offer discounts for application metrics such as good credit, good value on collateral, and the new discount for humanitarian migrants, in line with our mission.
