How do I know if CEO has received my application?

If you started an application but have not finished it, you will see "Pending Completion" on your dashboard. You will also receive a system-generated email within 24 hours after logging out that reminds you to log back in to complete your application. This means the CEO hasn't received your application yet. Please log in to your Happy Mango account to finalize your application.

After you click the "submit" button during the loan application process, you should get an email confirmation with the subject "Your Application Has Been Submitted" from Happy Mango. Alternatively, you can log in to Happy Mango and check out the status of this application on the dashboard. A submitted application will show "Under Review" in the status column.
