| Incomplete | The application needs to be completed and has yet to be submitted. |
| New | The application has been submitted but has yet to be reviewed. |
| Hold | The application has been put on hold due to missing documents and pending response from the applicant. |
| Initial Review | The application is currently being reviewed for loan processing. |
| Final Review | The application is currently being reviewed for underwriting. |
| Notify | A decision has been made on the application, and is ready for notification. |
| Approved | The application has been approved, and the applicant needs to sign the loan contract. |
| Countered | The application's offer has a condition that needs to be accepted or rejected by the applicant. |
| Pre-Approved | The application for an auto purchase loan has been pre-approved. |
| Declined | The application has been declined, and the adverse action notice and statement of reasons can be found on Happy Mango. |
| Completed | The loan contract has been signed, and funds are on the way. |
| Funded | The disbursement has been processed, funds should have been received, and the loan is now active for management in Happy Mango. |
CEO loans may not be the most appropriate choice for individuals needing immediate funds. Even if all the required documents are submitted today, the loan processing and underwriting team could take up to four weeks to decide on the loan. If your reasons are deemed valid, we will make every effort to prioritize your application and expedite the review process. However, please remember that the expedited review process may take up to two weeks to decide on the loan.
