The regional office is responsible for various activities, including assisting clients in completing loan applications, presenting applications to the CEO for underwriting, facilitating the execution of loan closing documents, filing liens when necessary, providing support in collections and addressing client questions, and maintaining updated notes in the IT system. The local office is always the client's primary contact point.
